	Sasquatch Ale I knew I had found a great new hobby after the very first batch I brewed in my kitchen. Soon after, I found myself talking "homebrew" to complete strangers and knew it was a passion, not just a mere hobby. I've gone on to become a BJCP Certified Beer Judge and the passion is still burning brightly. Most of my beers are fashioned like the Sasquatch, mostly bitter with a touch of sweetness once you've become familiar.

	Three Vikings Brewing is about balancing science and creativity in a pint. I respect classic styles of beer and strive to make excellent examples of each, but not limit my creativity to endeavor into more non-traditional beers. 3VB makes up with open ears and fervor for knowledge of all things beer that it lacks from age and experience. Skaal!

	The KnoxBeerCrew is Knoxville's premier Craft Beer Club. We are a group of unique beer lovers that are in search of tasting as many styles & types of beer that we can get our hands on. We have discovered that if we all come together to share our knowledge of craft beer, that it has made it easier for us to sample and learn much more than we could on our own.
